Prices are valid only in writing and for the specified period. Our hotel reserves the right to modify the displayed prices without prior notice where there are justifiable reasons.
All the information and prices relating to the booking will be indicated during the booking process. Prices shown at the time of the booking are inclusive of TAX (or equivalent VAT) and service charge, in accordance with existing local regulations in the country.
Official check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
Request for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance in writing to the Sales Department or Reservation Office. This is subject to the hotel’s reconfirmation of availability and condition.
Late check-out up to 18:00 is applicable to 50% charge of one night per room.
Late check-out after 18:00 is applicable to 100% (full day) charge per room.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
A full payment in advance might be applied to several promotions.
The management of the hotel has the right to cancel any reservations without notice if any fraud or illegal activities are associated with the full payments received.
Baby cots are free of charge for infants.
Children less than 6 years old can stay in our hotel free of charge and a complimentary breakfast is included. This applies to a maximum of 2 children per room and is applicable only when children share the bed with the parents (without requesting an extra bed).
Children from 6 to 11 years old sharing the bed with parents (without requesting an extra bed), will receive a surcharge of US$8/ child/ night for breakfast. This applies for a maximum of 2 children per room.
Children from and above 11 years old are considered as adults. Extra bed will be compulsory and will be charged with US$17/bed/night including tax, service charge and breakfast. This applies for a maximum of 1 extra bed per room.
PETs are not permitted in our hotel.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel and thus, smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in any of the facilities. Designated smoking areas are available and guests are kindly encouraged to use these for smoking purposes.
